I emailed re my disappointment I purchased full kit, followed instructions- 1st cudnt get eyelashes removed then to add to that they appeared of very poor quality I can indeed return so disappointed I always use eyelashes Mayb I got a faulty kit

A bit confused

Really happy with lashes BUT didn’t realise they did not come with anything else ie liner wand to adhere the lashes so not used as yet. . Could have been clearer at point of ordering. I did ring customer care to leave a message but so far have heard nothing..

This is the first time ever using false lashes. Didn't find them too difficult to apply and was very pleased with the result.

Great beginner eyelashes

Never used any fake lashes before but with a couple of attempts they looked great and stayed on all night. Sadly when I removed them I left them on the coffee table and the dogs tail swooshed them off and then I could only find one. Gutted! So I need to buy more, but I’m replacing them with exactly the same as I was so pleased with them
