I never received the order
Hi Lizzy, thanks for your feedback! I can see you placed an order in March, but we're just hearing about this now! We aim to resolve any lost orders promptly, on this occasion we had not been aware and the tracking on the order states this was delivered. I will certainly look into what has happened here.
I have found this product to be ok but no more beneficial than the Squalane oil in terms of hydration and glow. I absolutely rate the oil but unfortunately have found no benefit in using the serum. The positive that I can feedback is that it smells great. l was drawn to it for the fruit extract ingredients. But for the amount, price and anticipated quality benefits- l am sorry to say that it doesn’t work for me. I will not be using again but will consider using the Squalane oil as this is a product that I rate.
Love this set it comes in the cutest tin. It has 2 replacement heads one for a deeper exfoliating experience. Lovely sharp blades I’m still a beginner but the derma planner feels solid and comfortable to use. It’s a valuable bit of kit as I have herbaceous hyperplasia this will really help me keep on top of my exfoliating routine. Highly recommend.
So simple and easy to use and gives the same ending as paying 5x as much in the salon.

Changed my menapausel skin...really helping with regeneration of new skin cells..which also helps makeup applications and the serum goes on beautifully leaving lovley baby soft skin.

Excellent product, great for my hormonal skin issues..keeping the peachfuzz away..and the serums are amazing..smell and make your skin feel amazing. Then when you apply makeup it looks so much better.

I bought this after a great deal of debate regarding g dermaplaning I wasn’t convinced! This is great so easy to use and my face is fuzz free and feels amazing. Make up creams glide on now. I have told so many of my friends about it too. A great asset

Love the oil. I have very sensitive skin and didn’t react to it. A bit of redness which lasted a few hrs but nothing too bad. Probably down to technique as much as anything as it was my first attempt. Hasn’t made any difference with the way makeup sits on my skin. It is still flakey looking :( I’ve tried everything and so far nothing has worked!

I emailed re my disappointment I purchased full kit, followed instructions- 1st cudnt get eyelashes removed then to add to that they appeared of very poor quality I can indeed return so disappointed I always use eyelashes Mayb I got a faulty kit
