The first week of 2022 is over, and the new year has officially begun! Do you feel motivated or has the year left you already feeling exhausted? The saying of "new year, new you" can be very stress-inducing, and we believe that the approach of implementing new routines or habits into your lifestyle can be much more helpful and life-changing than trying to change your lifestyle completely all at once. Here are our 5 tips to absolutely wing it this year!
1. Create a vision board for 2022
Writing up your new year's resolutions can be quite stressful as committing to something for the whole year is very challenging. Life is unpredictable, and you might be more busy some weeks rather than others, and therefore having to keep up with habits or letting go of the bad ones just like that every single day of 2022 is quite unrealistic.
Rather than creating a list of stressful commitments, visualise what you'd like to achieve by creating a vision board for the year. Whip up your fave Instagram accounts or Pinterest boards and copy the images that make you feel motivated onto a board. Visualise the life you'd like to have, put the quotes that motivate you on, and places you wish to visit - and keep it somewhere you see it daily to remind yourself what you're working hard for!
2. Boost your self confidence daily

Even according to Jeff Bezos "If you absolutely cannot tolerate the critics, then don't do anything new or interesting."
5. Experiment with your looks and try something new to get out of the rut
