Natural Flirt - Silk False Eyelashes

I purchased the naked and natural flirt lashes as a means of dealing with chemo hair loss. I have used some other products since chemo but that is the extent of my false lash experience.
The goods arrived promptly as the kit I had ordered along with the clear glue. I spent half an hour following instructions but the glue did not adhere the lashes fully at the ends, it felt that the ends of the lashes were too heavy for the glue to cope with.
I have twice emailed the company to ask for advice and enquire if the returns and refund policy and have had no response.
Unfortunately therefore whilst the lashes look nice in the box I cannot give a positive review as there has been no attempt by the company to resolve this.

These eyelashes are so easy to apply, and they stay on all night, I'm delighted with them.

I took a long while reading reviews before justifying what is a luxury purchase for myself. When the set arrived the eye liner was missing. I was asked to send photos which I did, then asked separately for a description of what was missing, and then nothing…. So I have the eyelashes but no eyeliner. Really disappointed especially as it seemed that both the product and service would be amazing. Not sure what to do now 😔

Amazing lashes. Much better than magnetic ones because they actually stay on and you don’t have to draw big black magnetic liner lines on your eyes. Perfect and natural look which is subtle and just what I wanted. Would recommend ins heart beat.
